1. About GHVouchers
GHVouchers is an online platform operating in Ghana that sells exam result checker vouchers, including BECE and WASSCE result checkers, with delivery by SMS. By purchasing a voucher or creating a vendor account, you agree to these terms.
2. Purchases and Delivery
Vouchers are digital products. After a successful payment, your voucher code (serial number and PIN) is sent by SMS to the phone number you provide. Delivery is typically instant. If you do not receive your voucher within 5 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference and we will investigate and re-send it.
You are responsible for entering a correct phone number at checkout. Each voucher is valid for a single use.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Paystack and can be made with MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money, or debit card. All prices are in Ghanaian cedis (GHS). We do not store your payment credentials.
4. No Refunds
All sales are final. Because voucher codes are single-use digital products delivered instantly, purchases cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled once payment is complete. If a paid voucher is not delivered, we will re-send it or resolve the issue through support — contact us with your transaction reference.
5. Vendor Accounts
Vendors and agents may register to resell vouchers through their own link and set their own prices. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use GHVouchers for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell vouchers obtained fraudulently.
7. Disclaimer
GHVouchers is an independent reseller of result checker vouchers and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC). Result availability and the result checking portals themselves are operated by the issuing examination bodies.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
