1. What We Collect
When you buy a voucher, we collect the phone number you provide (used to deliver your voucher by SMS) and transaction details such as the voucher type, quantity, amount, and payment reference. Vendors additionally provide a name, email address, and contact number when registering.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. Your mobile money or card details are handled entirely by Paystack — we never see or store your payment credentials. We keep only the transaction reference and status needed to deliver your voucher and provide support.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to deliver vouchers, provide customer support, pay out vendors, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of service providers to run GHVouchers: Paystack (payment processing), tawk.to (live chat support), and cloud infrastructure providers that host our application and database. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
5. Data Retention and Security
Transaction records are retained for accounting, support, and fraud-prevention purposes. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you or request deletion of your data by emailing officialghvouchers@gmail.com. Note that we may need to retain transaction records required for accounting or fraud prevention.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
